Straumann Group in Oost-Vlaanderen/Antwerpen is seeking a dynamic Account Manager specializing in dental implant workflows. You will drive sales, service and grow our existing customer base including hospitals, dental practices, labs and clinics, while guiding customers through digital workflows from patient acceptance to prosthetic delivery.

The role requires field sales experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Field sales/account management experience.
Dental Practice or digital dentistry background is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Digitally enabled.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word/Excel).
Language skills Dutch and English.
Must be a team player.

Responsabilités

Drive Sales: maintains relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business.
End-to-End Workflow Management: guides clients through the entire workflow from acceptance to final delivery.
Client Education: educate dental professionals on benefits and applications of dental implants and digital workflows.
Relationship Building: develop and maintain long-term relationships with dental professionals and clinics.
Collaboration: work with clinical, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Market Insights: analyze territory potential and value of customers.
Makes calls and visits, presents to customers; participates in trade shows and conventions.
Develops clear proposals/quotations for customers.
Expedites resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Uses CRM/prospecting software to track interactions.
Plans and organizes sales strategy to meet quotas; reports to management.
