Haleon in Belgium is seeking a Demand Planner to drive end-to-end demand planning for all channels and consumer healthcare brands. You will develop consensus forecasts, integrate market insights, and support S&OP with cross-functional teams to balance supply and demand.

In this role, you will partner with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory, manage lifecycle activities, and deliver forecast accuracy improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with forecasting and planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned channels and accounts across 0-36 months.
• Lead S&OP meetings and provide expert demand planning insight for cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Inventory Planners to optimize stock levels and support lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and ways of working.
