Haleon plc. is seeking a Demand Planner for the Benelux region in Belgium. You will own end-to-end demand planning across channels, drive S&OP processes, and provide actionable insights to support growth and service objectives.
The role requires 2+ years in supply chain planning, strong Excel and SAP/APS skills, and English fluency with Dutch or French as an advantage. You’ll partner with Commercial, Finance and Inventory teams to optimize inventory and product lifecycle.

Reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Lead FBNL, the Demand Planner is responsible for driving end‑to‑end demand planning across all channels and accounts within the Benelux business. The role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels, and improving forecast accuracy to support business growth and customer service objectives.
Working at the intersection of Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, the Demand Planner develops and maintains robust demand forecasts, leads key elements of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, and provides actionable insights to support decision‑making. The role also drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance, forecasting capabilities, and supply chain efficiency.
