Dstny BE in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager to drive projects from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

The role requires a degree in electronics or IT, fluency in Dutch and French with good English, and at least 3 years of PM experience. Knowledge of PMBok/Prince2/SCRUM is advantageous, and the candidate should be organized, communicative, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Excellent command of Dutch and French, complemented by good English.
• Knowledge of IT and/or telecom.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• PMBok, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile are valuable assets.
• Organized, structured, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, flexibility, and growth mindset.
• Capable of handling challenges with confidence and staying calm under pressure.

• As a Project Manager at Dstny, you're the driving force behind new projects. From kickoff to delivery, you’ve got it covered.
• With your team, you build a solid project plan using the right-fit methodologies. Familiar with Prince2 or PMBok? That’s a definite plus!
• You gather the input needed to deliver the project on time and with top-notch quality.
• You're the go-to person for the client and coordinate smoothly between internal and external stakeholders.
• You decide which tasks to tackle yourself and which to delegate to engineers or project teams.
• You keep a close eye on progress and quality.
• You communicate proactively with everyone involved and keep all parties aligned.
• In this role, you inspire and coach your project team to bring their A-game.
• You set clear agreements with the client—and make sure they’re followed through.

What we're looking for

• You’ve got a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics or IT-or equivalent hands-on experience.
