Dstny is seeking an ICT Project Engineer to shape and deliver internal ICT across multiple countries. You combine hands-on technical depth with project coordination, owning initiatives from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

You will drive the integration of newly acquired companies into the Dstny environment, harmonising systems and infrastructure with group standards, while maintaining stability, performance and availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/ICT experience in infrastructure, support or project-driven environments.
• Experience coordinating ICT projects with timelines and stakeholders.
• Solid technical knowledge of IT workplace infrastructure, networking and application integration.
• Experience or knowledge of IT workplace security (identity and access management).

As an ICT Project Engineer, you play a key role in shaping, delivering and evolving Dstny’s internal ICT landscape across multiple countries.

You combine hands‑on technical expertise with project coordination, working on a diverse mix of infrastructure improvements, system integrations and onboarding projects. You take ownership of initiatives from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, aligned with business needs and executed with high quality.

In this role, you will be closely involved in the integration of newly acquired companies into the Dstny environment by harmonizing and aligning systems, tools and infrastructure with Dstny group standards. At the same time, you ensure the stability, performance and availability of our ICT systems, proactively identifying improvements and driving optimisations.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, ICT colleagues and external partners, making sure that everyone is aligned and progressing towards the same goal. Your ability to combine technical depth with clear communication ensures smooth execution, even in complex and fast‑paced situations.

What we're looking for in you...

We’re looking for a driven and solution-oriented ICT professional who enjoys taking ownership, working across projects and delivering results in a dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT/ICT, ideally in infrastructure, support or project‑driven environments
• Proven experience contributing to or coordinating ICT projects, with a strong understanding of timelines, stakeholders and delivery
• Solid technical knowledge of:

• Application Integration

• IT Workplace Security (identify management, access management, …)
• The ability to analyse complex issues, propose solutions and execute them in a structured way
• A hands‑on mindset, with the flexibility to switch between project coordination and technical execution
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• A proactive and ownership‑driven attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• A customer‑focused mindset, ensuring solutions contribute to business continuity and user satisfaction
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French
• A security and privacy focus in all the work that you
