You will balance analytical rigor with pragmatic action, manage end-to-end delivery metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the network.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience with data and analysis tools.
• Experience in a budget-ownership role (incl. forecasting).
• Track record of driving operational targets in a digital-first environment.
• Willing to work outside regular hours during crises.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end accountability for network outcomes (on-time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders, courier rejections).
• Budget accountability and cost optimization across the delivery network.
• Configure and manage courier fees, incentives, utilisation, and assignment logic.
• Implement configurations with support from central teams and monitor impact.
• Evaluate changes from multiple angles and communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Leverage analytical tools to identify network trends and inform decisions.
• Propose and support network experiments in partnership with analytics teams.
• Support ad hoc projects like zone launches and new city rollouts.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities through root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align priorities.
• Provide crisis management support as needed.
