Expleo in Belgium seeks an experienced Quality Management professional to coordinate the management system across the entity. You will administer publications, support process managers, and drive governance to ensure ISO certifications are maintained.

You will lead internal audits, develop action plans, and promote knowledge sharing. The role combines administrative rigor with strategic quality improvement, while offering flexible homeworking options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong quality systems knowledge.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing a Quality Management System.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the management system network and ensure alignment with policies.
• Administer and manage publications and related quality tools.
• Promote the management system and support users and process managers.
• Measure governance effectiveness and prepare QMR materials.
• Manage internal audits, audit plans and maturity assessments.
• Create, update, archive quality documents and records.
