VF Corporation in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to support our Distribution Centre. You will help teams work smarter, safer and more efficiently by embedding lean thinking and CI practices across shifts.

You will analyze processes, remove waste, coach colleagues, and support governance of CI programmes, delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality and cost.

Qualificações

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, retail or engineering is an advantage.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proactive mindset and data-driven problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the Distribution Centre.
• Identify bottlenecks, remove waste and improve cost and service performance.
• Coach teams on lean thinking and CI principles.
• Assist governance and deployment of CI frameworks and programmes.
• Support feasibility testing and project implementation.
