McBride Belgium is seeking a proactive industrial engineer to lead improvement actions on filling lines, boosting productivity and quality. You will analyze processes, report waste, and drive short- and long-term solutions with the team.

As part of the operations group, you will manage technical and organizational improvement projects from start to finish, act as backup to the filling production manager, and ensure alignment with the operational excellence strategy while pursuing growth within

Qualifications

Engineering degree or related with production experience is required.
Experience in production environment; project management is an asset.
Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Responsabilités

Improve efficiency of filling lines by developing, managing and introducing improvement actions to increase productivity and quality.
Analyze production processes and report on waste in quality and efficiency.
Solve critical issues by root-cause analysis and propose long-term solutions with the team for autonomy and performance.
Monitor filling production processes for quality, input/output, safety and ergonomics; propose and implement improvements aligned with operational excellence.
Lead improvement projects from A to Z and ensure alignment with the strategy.
Act as backup to the filling production manager in day-to-day activities.
