Job summary

You will support CI initiatives, collaborate with operations teams and help implement practical, sustainable solutions that enhance safety, quality, cost and service performance.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in lean principles, process improvement and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, ability to collaborate with colleagues across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the Distribution Centre, improving safety, quality, cost and service performance.
• Identify process inefficiencies, remove waste and implement practical, sustainable improvements with operational teams.
• Use problem‑solving tools and data insights to investigate root causes, reduce recurring issues and improve performance.
• Help embed lean thinking and CI principles through coaching, collaboration and hands‑on support across shifts.
• Contribute to governance and deployment of CI frameworks, process standards and improvement programmes.
• Support projects, testing activities and new initiatives by helping assess feasibility, monitor results and ensure smooth implementation.
