element61 in Belgium is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Data Platform & Data Engineering Team. You will build data platforms for clients, collaborate with senior peers, and take initiative while thriving in both small and large teams.

You will work with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, gain hands-on experience, and shape solutions for reporting, analytics and AI. Strong SQL, Python and PySpark skills, plus Azure exposure, are valued.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a data engineer or in BI with ETL jobs you designed and built.
• Strong data modelling and coding skills in SQL, Python and PySpark.
• Experience with the Microsoft stack and cloud, preferably Azure.
• Databricks or Microsoft Fabric experience is a plus; certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build and maintain ETL pipelines on Databricks or Fabric.
• Write and tune SQL for data pipelines and reports.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and plan solutions.
• Apply AI in engineering work and explore Databricks Genie and Fabric Data Agents.
