Job summary

Alistar is building a central data platform to unify data sources and deliver reliable reporting. As Data & Analytics Lead you shape architecture, lead platform development, and guide BI/analytics across Finance, Sales, HR, and Delivery.

Expect a hands-on leadership style with architectural decisions and practical implementation. You will design pipelines, model data, and consolidate from Dynamics 365 and external apps while mentoring BI developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Data Eng/BI roles (Data Engineer/BI Developer/BI Consultant)
• Experience building data warehouses/lakehouses on Azure
• Strong SQL and Spark SQL; Python/PySpark proficiency
• Knowledge of Power BI data modeling and DAX
• Fluency in Dutch and English; IT/econ/science background

Responsibilities

• Design/build/manage central data platform using Azure stack
• Develop data pipelines, notebooks, and transformations
• Create integrated dimensional data model and Power BI semantic model
• Consolidate data from Dynamics 365, Synergy, and other sources
• Migrate reporting models to the new platform and enable easy data integration
• Set standards for modeling, docs, versioning, and CI/CD; ensure quality
