delaware is seeking a Data Platform Lead to guide data and AI platform initiatives for clients in Wallonia and Luxembourg. You’ll design architectures, lead presales assessments and coach the team on delivering high‑quality data solutions.

You’ll work with Azure Databricks and similar tools, travel to Luxembourg regularly, and combine technical depth with strong business context to turn data into strategic value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data/architecture or advisory roles.
• Experience architecting cloud data platforms, ideally Azure data stack.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and PySpark.
• Customer-facing presence: able to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to Luxembourg regularly.

Responsabilités

• Design the data and AI architecture aligned with clients' business goals.
• Join presales conversations as technical expert and size data landscapes on-site.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure quality, performance and coherence across delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and new ways of working.
• Act as sounding board and coach to help the team grow.
