Job summary

LACO is seeking a Data Platform Lead to shape the technical direction and build a new business unit. You will drive architectures using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, lead a team of consultants, and translate client challenges into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 years of experience with cloud data platforms and data engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong expertise in SparkSQL, PySpark, Python, SQL, CI/CD, Git, DevOps and solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision for modern data and analytics platforms on cloud infrastructure.
• Design scalable, secure and high-performance data solution architectures.
• Act as technical lead guiding multidisciplinary teams.
