SquareDev is seeking an Engineer to join one of our EU public sector projects based in Brussels. You will contribute to the design, development and deployment of core platform components, focusing on data engineering, analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.

The role requires working with structured and unstructured data to enable reporting and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will build ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate diverse data sources, implement data quality checks, and help create

Qualifications

Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and working with data lake/warehouse architectures.
Ability to integrate structured and unstructured data end-to-end.
Knowledge of analytics development, data modelling, and exposure to AI/ML on text/data.

Responsabilités

Building and maintaining data pipelines across heterogeneous sources (batch and near-real-time).
Performing data cleansing, validation, and metadata tagging, with data lineage support.
Contributing to data catalogs and implementing data quality checks and monitoring.
Designing data products by merging structured and unstructured data into reusable solutions.
Supporting AI-driven processing of document-centric data with explainability and governance.
Automating pipelines and reporting workflows with event-driven processing and alerts.
Implementing security controls and supporting secure environments.
