Job summary

emagine is seeking a Data Governance & NFR Advisor to support corporate projects and Product Managers in adopting and implementing Data Governance requirements and data-related Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). The role ensures governance, compliance, risk, and data management considerations are addressed throughout the project and product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings a Master’s degree or equivalent experience, ~5 years in Data Governance or related domains, and hands-on Collibra

Qualifications

Understanding of Data Governance principles and data-related NFRs.
Ability to translate governance requirements into actionable guidance.
Experience documenting governance artefacts for Legal, DPO, Security and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Organize intake sessions to identify Data Governance requirements and data-related NFRs.
Advise projects on governance related to privacy, retention, data classification, and data quality.
Facilitate workshops to assess governance risks and determine required activities.
Produce documentation and governance artefacts for control functions.
Coordinate actions and remediation plans across project teams.
Monitor implementation of Data Governance requirements across initiatives.
Identify governance gaps and contribute to improving templates and guidance.
Maintain governance assets and metadata within Collibra.
Prepare management reporting and governance insights for prioritization.
