Job summary

emagine Polska is seeking a Senior Data Governance Consultant to help clients structure and improve data governance in complex environments. You will design governance strategies, oversee end-to-end projects, and advise on data policies, ownership and quality, acting as a bridge between business and IT.

You will lead workshops, drive governance maturity, and support metadata and policy initiatives, using tools like Collibra, Purview, or Atlan.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant Data Governance experience.
• Proven design and implementation of Data Governance solutions.
• Experience with Collibra, Purview, or Atlan.
• Strong understanding of Data Quality, Profiling, Modelling, ETL, and Visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Data Governance strategies, processes and operating models.
• Manage Data Governance projects from end to end.
• Advise clients on data policies, data ownership, data quality, compliance and data maturity.
• Bridge between business and IT.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings and awareness sessions.
• Develop data stewardship and governance models further.
• Contribute to metadata management, data policies and data quality initiatives.
• Advise on selection and implementation of Data Governance tools.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level management.
• Support organizations to evolve to a mature, data-driven way of working.
