Keystone Solutions seeks a hands-on Data Quality Specialist for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will raise data quality and maturity to support decision-making, reporting and operations, working between business and IT.

With 6+ years in data analysis or data quality, you will develop data quality plans, profile key datasets and build Power BI reports. On-site presence 2 days/week is required, and you will translate findings into actionable business guidance.

Qualifications

• Belgium-based candidate with NL or FR plus English proficiency; on-site 2 days/week.
• 6+ years in data analysis or data quality in complex/fast-changing environments.
• Strong ability to translate data findings into business context; collaborate with IT.
• Proficient in Power BI and SQL; experience with data stewards and domain owners.

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Quality Specialist for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role focuses on enhancing data quality and maturity, building trust for decision‑making, reporting, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complex, dynamic stakeholder landscape across business and IT.
• Develop data quality plans for new project phases in collaboration with project management.
• Analyze and profile key datasets to support the definition of data elements and the design of meaningful quality rules — working with data stewards, custodians, and domain owners.
• Build and extend data quality reports in Power BI, partnering with data engineers and functional analysts.
• Translate data quality metrics into actionable recommendations and support the remediation process.

Your Profile

You are a hands‑on data quality professional who combines analytical depth with strong communication skills. You navigate comfortably between business and IT, bring structure to complexity, and are energized by driving tangible improvements.

Must have

• Belgium-based, NL or FR plus EN. Minimum 2 days/week on site.
• 6+ years in data analysis or data quality, preferably in complex or fast‑changing environments.
• Strong ability to translate data findings into business context and vice versa.
• High proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
• Experience collaborating with data stewards, domain owners, and technical teams.
• Self‑driven, structured, and comfortable working independently with evolving priorities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data modeling concepts.
