Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ideally within a Microsoft Azure environment.
• Strong hands-on SQL development and optimisation skills.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Proven expertise with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience working with Azure Data Lake or similar cloud-based storage solutions.
• Good understanding of data modelling, schema design and database concepts.
• Experience handling large-scale datasets and developing scalable data solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
• Able to challenge existing solutions and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Dutch language skills are essential.
