Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Data Engineer to design and build robust data pipelines, moving and transforming data between systems, with strong SQL and database modelling.

You will work with Python/Java/Scala, APIs, and AI/ML data pipelines, collaborating with technical teams on data integration, migrations, and performance improvements for European institutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven Data Engineering experience and strong SQL.
• Experience building ETL/ELT or other data pipelines.
• Experience with relational databases and data modelling.
• Programming/scripting experience, commonly Python, Java, Scala or similar.
• Experience with modern data-processing or orchestration tools is useful.

Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Data Engineer in Netcompany?

Looking for a Data Engineer with strong SQL, databases, data modelling and ETL/data pipeline experience. Python/Java/Scala or similar is fine. You should have worked on moving, transforming and integrating data between systems. Experience with AI/ML technologies/models in a data engineering or data management context.

As a Data Engineer you will:

• Design and develop data pipelines.
