Netcompany Belgium is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to shape Europe’s digital landscape. You will build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate builds and deployments, and implement IaC across multiple environments.

You will support development, testing and production environments, using Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms, while embedding security and quality controls into pipelines. A strong collaboration with developers and Ops is essential for success.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in DevOps, CI/CD, software delivery or a similar technical role.
• Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Practical experience with Git/version control, Docker and containerised applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform, Ansible or similar technologies.
• Good knowledge of Linux environments, cloud platforms and monitoring/logging solutions, with scripting experience in Bash, Python, PowerShell or similar.
• Experience integrating security and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines and supporting application deployments across multiple environments.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with development, operations and other technical teams.
