Syngenia is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead and administer contracts for a major data centre expansion in Mons, Belgium. The role requires reviewing and interpreting complex technical and commercial contracts and drafting notices and claims.

You will be the primary contact for contractual matters with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors, identify risks and opportunities, and support project teams in resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or data centre sectors.
• Excellent ability to analyse and interpret complex technical and commercial contracts.
• Experience drafting contractual notices, claims, and formal correspondence.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to represent the company in discussions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Experience working with commercial teams, including Quantity Surveyors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage and administer contracts for a major data centre expansion project in Mons.
• Review, interpreting, and monitoring complex technical and commercial contracts.
• Draft contractual correspondence, notices, claims, and other formal communications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters involving subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Identify and manage contractual risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project teams in the resolution of contractual and commercial issues.
• Participate in technical and commercial meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual compliance and maintaining accurate contractual documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and external partners to support successful project delivery.
