Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated contract or commercial management experience in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
• Experience coordinating turnkey deliveries across Civil, CSA, MEP, and related scopes.
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage complex contracts from tender through handover.

Responsabilités

• Administer and supervise complex technical and commercial contracts per project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure all legal paperwork is executed and compliant with Belgian codes and data centre standards.
• Draft correspondence, notices, variation orders, and claims mitigation documents.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, bid assessments, tendering and package allocations for high-value MEP/CSA work.
• Implement change management processes to evaluate, negotiate, and track variations.
• Monitor cash flows, track manpower efficiencies, and authorize payment certificates.
• Interface with clients, senior ops, design teams, and delivery partners; chair progress meetings.
• Maintain an up-to-date registry of contractor insurances and liabilities; prepare monthly reports.
