Edison Smart® is seeking a Project Director – Owner’s Representative (Data Center) to lead planning, design, construction, commissioning, and closeout of complex capital projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and regulators to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field and significant experience managing complex capital projects.
• Experience acting as owner’s representative or managing projects for owners.
• Strong knowledge of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout processes.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, and risk.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, schedules, cost reports, and contracts.
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from planning through construction, commissioning, occupancy, and closeout.
• Serve as primary owner contact with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Establish objectives, plans, milestones, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate activities across internal and external teams.
• Identify issues early and drive timely resolutions.
• Maintain decision-making and escalation processes throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide forecasts and project-status reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and performance requirements are met.
