You will oversee data centre infrastructure, server operations, asset management, and critical environment operations while driving safety, performance, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading technical operations, service delivery, or data centre environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, globally distributed teams.
• Strong customer-facing leadership within enterprise or managed services.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the global service delivery strategy for data centre operations.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre services including installations, maintenance, migrations and decommissioning.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, capacity management and ensure SLAs are met.
• Drive safety, compliance, operational resilience and continuous improvement across teams.
• Maintain executive relationships with customer stakeholders and drive business reviews.
