Facade Today is seeking a Program Manager to oversee environmental health and safety (EHS) programs for data center construction and technical infrastructure assets. You will develop, implement, and sustain the Global EHS electrical safety program in alignment with regulatory requirements and company expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, EHS, Architecture, Construction management, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in construction EHS.
• Experience with electrical safety in the workplace (e.g., US NFPA 70E).

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of EHS programs for data center construction, acting as an advisor to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate environmental and safety risks at construction sites while transitioning from design to construction and operations.
• Ensure contractors deliver high-quality services and that issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning to improve project efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Manage construction quality processes in collaboration with general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades, and commissioning agents.
