Job summary

Fluvius seeks an Asset Planning Expert to drive budgeting, multi-year investments and data digitization within the Grid Management Directorate. You will translate Excel budgets to a centralized Databricks-based solution, ensuring traceability and governance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will leverage Databricks, Python and Power BI to develop data models, historicization and dashboards, supporting long-term planning and auditability.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience with Databricks, Python and Power BI.
• Knowledge of data modeling, historicization, audit trails and data governance is important.
• Teamwork, analytical and result-oriented mindset.
• Strong conceptual thinking and data preparation skills.
• Ability to maintain helicopter perspective while delivering practical outcomes.
• Responsible, flexible with initiative and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal/external stakeholders on budget preparation and tracking.
• Identify optimisations and best practices for data management and processing.
• Set up a basic Databricks structure per Fluvius standards and centralize the Excel budget into a database.
• Ensure budget changes are tracked historically with traceability of adjustments and scenarios.
• Advise Asset Planning on decision-making and data entry interfaces and bulk uploads.
• Provide training and communications support on information processes and systems.
• Act as coordinator to ensure coherence of information across departments and possibly contribute to a Databricks interface development later.
