Sunrise Group is seeking a Data Analyst to own analytics across Acquisition, Clinical Operations, Revenue, Product and Supply. You will build and maintain the data model and BI layer, enabling self-service reporting and ensuring consistent metrics across teams.

The role requires translating business questions into analytical frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and collaborating with multiple functions in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in high-growth or complex environments.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Basic working knowledge of Python.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operations and growth analysis of the end-to-end patient funnel and experiments.
• Product analysis to identify friction points and support prioritization decisions.
• Financial analysis of revenue, margin and reimbursement performance.
• Data modeling in transformation models using PostgreSQL and SQLMesh.
• BI and reporting: dashboards and self-service datasets for stakeholders.
• Document metric definitions, formulas and caveats.
• Collaborate with Acquisition, Clinical Operations, Revenue, Product, Supply and Finance.
• Identify and fix data quality issues and validate outputs.
