GAMING1 is seeking a data analyst to drive insights on player journeys and business questions. You will build dashboards in Power BI, analyze funnels and retention, and collaborate with data teams to test hypotheses and deliver actionable insights.

The role emphasizes curiosity, clear communication, and a willingness to learn the business—from products to operations—while contributing to cross-functional projects in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in data analysis, BI or related analytical role, or strong internship/project.
• Solid SQL skills: joins, aggregations and window functions.
• Hands-on with a data viz tool (Power BI or Tableau) and interest in semantic modelling and DAX.
• Familiarity with star schema and data quality principles; desire for reproducible work.
• Some exposure to Python for analytics is a plus.
• Interest in customer/player behavioral data and business questions behind them.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Answer business questions on player journeys with rigorous analyses.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports (Power BI) used daily by the area.
• Analyze player behavior: funnels, drop-offs, retention, segmentation to uncover root causes.
• Contribute to explorations and PoCs (including AI) to test hypotheses.
• Turn findings into clear, visual deliverables for decision-makers.
