recurv is seeking a Data Governance & Quality Analyst to drive data governance standards and quality across the organisation. You will bridge business and data teams, clarifying concepts, defining metadata, and aligning ownership with Data Owners and Data Stewards.

You will monitor data quality indicators, translate findings into actionable improvements, and collaborate with BI, Data Delivery and Advanced Analytics teams to ensure consistent data definitions and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data, IT, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Management or a related domain.
• Good understanding of data governance concepts such as ownership, metadata, business glossaries and data definitions.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of data flows and transformations.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and facilitating alignment across different teams.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, pragmatic solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SQL is an asset.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is an asset.
• Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.

Are you passionate about turning complex data challenges into clear, reliable and usable information? For one of our clients, we are looking for a Data Governance & Quality Analyst to join a growing Data Office and help shape how data is defined, governed and trusted across the organisation.

You will play a visible role between business and data teams, working with key stakeholders to improve data quality, strengthen ownership and create alignment around critical business concepts. It is a role with real impact, combining analysis, governance and stakeholder management.
