Job summary

BergHOFF Worldwide in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium, is seeking an Export Sales Manager / Business Developer to lead growth in the DACH region. You will manage an existing customer portfolio, expand distribution, and open new sales channels across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on account management, requires travel across the DACH region, and a strong commercial mindset to drive sustainable profitability within BergHOFF's international brand.

Qualifications

• Proven international sales experience with export management or business development.
• Strong track record in key account management and new business acquisition.
• Experience building distribution networks and commercial activities.
• Knowledge of the DACH retail landscape is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and budgeting skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the DACH region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a commercial growth strategy for the DACH region.
• Prospect and acquire new customers, distributors and partners.
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships and key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand into new markets.
• Build long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors and partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures.
• Meet regional sales targets, budgets and profitability.
• Represent BergHOFF at international trade fairs and events.
