Everware Consulting GmbH in the Brussels area seeks a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance Consultant. You will help clients optimise financial processes and deliver scalable digital solutions.

In this hybrid role, you will translate financial requirements into effective BC configurations, configure financial modules, support data migration, and train end users while collaborating with technical teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 BC Consultant.
• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes including accounting and controlling.
• Ability to translate complex financial requirements into practical tech solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.

About the Role

Are you a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant with a strong background in finance? Do you enjoy helping businesses optimise their financial processes and turn complex business requirements into effective digital solutions?

We are looking for a Business Central Finance Consultant to support clients throughout their financial transformation journeys. In this role, you will combine your financial expertise with your knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to deliver practical, scalable solutions that improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial processes: Work closely with clients to understand their existing financial operations, including general ledger, tax reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and group reporting. Identify inefficiencies and recommend opportunities for improvement.

• Design tailored solutions: Translate business requirements into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, ensuring the system aligns with each client's financial processes and operational needs.

• Configure financial modules: Lead the setup and configuration of financial functionalities, including chart of accounts, VAT configurations, reporting structures and workflows.

• Support data migration: Assist clients transitioning from existing accounting software or ERP systems by preparing, validating and overseeing data migration to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Manage testing and validation: Develop and execute test scenarios with clients to verify that the solution meets business requirements and is ready for a smooth go-live.

• Deliver training and workshops: Prepare and deliver practical training sessions for end users, helping them understand the system and confidently use Business Central in their daily activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams: Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical colleagues, supporting the development of more complex customisations and integrations while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Drive continuous improvement: Build long‑term relationships with clients, providing ongoing advice and proactively identifying opportunities to optimise financial processes and maximise the value of Business Central.

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant, ideally with a focus on financial processes and their optimisation.

• A master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including accounting and controlling.

• The ability to translate complex financial requirements into practical, technology-driven solutions.

• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of French is an advantage.

• A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in developing your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
