Ignite in Ghent, Belgium is seeking a Strategic Advisor to link senior automotive engineers with international partners, delivering technical guidance and customized supply chain solutions.

You will manage high-level B2B conversations, analyze complex supply chain delays, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to accelerate issue resolution. A hybrid four-on-site / one-remote work week is offered with comprehensive paid training.

Qualifications

• Czech and Russian language fluency required, with writing and speaking ability.
• English proficiency minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate).

Overview

A premier global name in heavy transportation and commercial vehicles is looking for an energetic Strategic Advisor. In the fast-moving commercial freight sector, our top priority is reducing vehicle downtime and maximizing fleet productivity. Working from our business hub in Ghent, Belgium, you will serve as the essential link connecting our senior automotive engineers with international enterprises driving global commerce. This role goes well beyond traditional consulting. You will deliver dedicated technical guidance, diagnostic evaluation, and customized supply chain solutions directly to corporate fleet directors and global dealership networks.

Key Duties & Daily Operations

• Hybrid Arrangement: Benefit from a balanced weekly routine comprising four days on-site at our modern Ghent office facility and one day working remotely from home.
• Corporate Client Relations: Manage high-level B2B conversations through telephone and digital corporate channels, consistently upholding our commitments to safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Analytical Resolution: Investigate complex supply chain challenges and operational delays to implement fast, targeted fixes for corporate clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner alongside Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain divisions to speed up issue resolution and maintain accurate enterprise database records.
• Comprehensive Paid Training: Complete a fully funded onboarding program. Previous mechanical or automotive engineering experience is not mandatory; complete technical training is supplied.

Desired Profile & Qualifications

• Essential Language Requirements:
  • Dual-Language Fluency: Exceptional, fluent command of both Czech and Russian is strictly required, including complete written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Professional English: Minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) fluency is required to navigate internal systems, read technical reference guides, and collaborate with international colleagues.

  • Tech-Savviness: Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to quickly master proprietary software systems and manage multiple software platforms at once.
