Ignite in Ghent, Belgium, seeks a Customer Advisor to reduce vehicle downtime and safeguard global logistics. You’ll be the primary contact for high-priority accounts, delivering technical guidance and diagnostic support across international networks.

We offer a fully paid onboarding, a four-days-onsite/one-day-remote hybrid schedule, and comprehensive training. No prior mechanical background required; we provide complete technical training to enable rapid effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Fluent mastery of Czech and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Business English at least B2 to operate systems and write docs.

Role Overview

A top-tier global manufacturer of heavy vehicles and commercial transport solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor for its facility in Ghent, Belgium. In this position, your central focus is reducing vehicle downtime and maintaining uninterrupted global logistics operations. Operating as the crucial link connecting commercial accounts with leading engineering experts, you will deliver technical advice, diagnostic support, and customized operational strategies to global fleet managers and service networks.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Function as the primary contact for high-priority cases across telephone and digital enterprise channels, upholding strict brand standards for safety and reliability.


• Complex Problem-Solving: Analyze intricate operational delays to provide quick, data-driven solutions for international corporate partners.


• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate directly with engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to accelerate issue resolutions and keep database entries up to date.


• Structured Hybrid Schedule: Work four days on-site at the Ghent plant combined with one flexible remote work-from-home day each week.


• Fully Paid Onboarding: Complete a fully compensated initial training program. Prior mechanical or engineering background is not required; complete technical training is supplied.
