Ignite in Ghent, Belgium invites a Strategic Advisor to bridge senior automotive engineering with international client networks. You will deliver technical guidance, troubleshoot operations, and tailor logistics solutions in a fast-moving global logistics environment.

The role offers a four-days-onsite, one-day-remote schedule, with company-funded onboarding and full training in automotive engineering. Fluency in Czech and Russian and English at B2 level are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Czech and Russian, written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level for internal software and docs.

Responsabilités

• Four days onsite and one remote day per week at Ghent facility.
• Engage with senior B2B clients via phone and enterprise platforms, upholding safety, quality, and reliability.
• Analyze complex supply chain issues to deliver rapid, tailored fixes for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Global Supply Chain to expedite resolutions and maintain records.
• Receive company-paid onboarding and full technical training.
