JobTailor in Belgium is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to manage critical inquiries across phone networks and digital channels, upholding the brand's core foundation of security, safety, and dependability.

You will investigate multifaceted technical service issues to deliver rapid, permanent resolutions for our commercial partners, and work hand in hand with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to guarantee total operational alignment and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Czech and German.
• English at least B2 level.
• Ability to stay calm, poised, diplomatic, and courteous during peak surges.
• Comfort navigating enterprise software and multitasking across web tools.

Requirements

• Absolute native or near‑native mastery in both Czech and German is mandatory.
• A minimum proficiency level of B2 (Upper‑Intermediate) in English is required.
• A demonstrated ability to remain calm, poised, diplomatic, and courteous during peak operational surges and high‑pressure customer scenarios.
• Comfort navigating advanced enterprise software applications and multitasking across multiple web‑based tools simultaneously.
• Total readiness to operate within a 24/7 rotating shift framework.
