Secutec, a Belgian cybersecurity company with international ambitions, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to connect with prospects and nurture existing customers while identifying new opportunities. A strong interest in technology and cybersecurity is essential, and comprehensive training will be provided.

You will contact prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify opportunities, maintain CRM data and collaborate with marketing to achieve sales objectives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed.
• Strong interest in sales, business development and cybersecurity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to convey information clearly.
• Customer-focused, energetic and comfortable making phone calls.
• Organised, multi-task and prioritise effectively.
• Target-driven and motivated by results.
• Professional, eager to learn and ambitious.
• Fluent in Dutch; professional English; French an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospects and existing customers by phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Keep customers informed about new services and developments at Secutec.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Support the wider sales team.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and events.
• Record and maintain CRM data.
• Collaborate with marketing to achieve sales objectives.
• Meet agreed targets.
