ITS Group Benelux seeks a Senior IT Strategy & Transformation Manager with a strong technical background to guide strategic technology decisions in a large, complex IT organization in Belgium. The role combines hands‑on experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, IT Analysis or Tech Leadership with later IT Strategy, CIO Advisory or transversal transformation.

You will translate complex challenges into concise strategic recommendations, build scenarios and roadmaps, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Strong background in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, IT Analysis, Tech Lead or equivalent roles.
• Subsequent experience in IT Strategy, CIO Advisory, Strategy Office, Chief of Staff or IT Strategy Consulting.
• Solid understanding of modern tech: Cloud, API-led connectivity, legacy modernization, data architectures, DevSecOps, AI/Agentic AI, cybersecurity.

Responsabilités

• Support senior IT leadership on critical technology and transformation topics.
• Translate complex technical challenges into concise strategic recommendations.
• Assess legacy modernization, application rationalization and cross-border IT transformation.
• Build roadmaps and recommendations under fixed timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional groups of architects, experts and stakeholders.
• Challenge proposals with enterprise-wide perspective.
• Prepare executive memos and decision papers.
• Drive from analysis to executive decision-making.
• Focus on pragmatic business value over theory.
