VECTOR SYNERGY is seeking a Change Manager based in Mons, Belgium, to coordinate CR tickets, triage cybersecurity-related requests, and support weekly governance boards. You will ensure timely ticket closures, robust documentation, and risk assessments within a cybersecurity context.

The role requires a strong background in cyber security services, ITSM tools, and hands-on networking and systems experience, with a NATO Secret clearance being advantageous.

Qualifications

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience; or exceptional demonstration of abilities with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 3 years previous Change Manager experience, preferably in a Cyber Security domain.
• Proficient at using BMC's ITSM suite.
• Cyber Security Domain Knowledge: assess Change Requests related to cybersecurity, understand their technical background, and perform triage and risk assessments.
• Knowledge/Experience of Cyber Security services (SIEM, NIPS/IDS, FPC, Malware and Forensics, Pentesting and Hardening, Vulnerability scanning), and related tools.
• Technical background and hands-on experience in network (Cisco/Juniper), systems (Linux/Windows), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), back-up and recovery solutions.

Responsabilités

• Taking a hands-on approach to daily Change Request (CR) ticket coordination, including timely triage of new NCSC-related tickets.
• Ensuring timely closure of NCSC-assigned tickets in external ticketing systems and rigorous documentation and progress of all Change tickets.
• Participating in weekly change-related boards (Impact Assessment Reviews, TRB, CAB, RGB, Capacity Management Boards).
• Facilitating Change Management-related meetings (CAB, TRB, RGB): keeping meetings on track and preparing stakeholders, ensuring readiness for weekly boards.

Duties/role

• Taking a hands‑on approach to daily Change Request (CR) ticket coordination, including but not limited to:
  • Ensuring timely triage of new NCSC-related tickets created in NCSC's various ticketing systems. ;
  • Ensuring timely closure of NCSC-assigned tickets and tasks in external ticketing systems ;
  • Ensuring rigorous documentation, coordination, workflow progression, and timely closure of all Change tickets ;
• Participating in and making meaningful contributions to weekly change-related boards, including but not limited to:
  • Impact Assessment Reviews, Technical Review Boards (TRB), Change Advisory Boards (CAB), Release Governance Boards (RGB), and Capacity Management Boards ;
• Facilitating and managing Change Management-related meetings (e.g., CAB, TRB, RGB meetings):
  • Demonstrating strong organizational and interpersonal skills by keeping meetings on track, ensuring all stakeholders are heard, and documenting actionable outcomes ;
  • Ensuring that NCSC members are prepared for weekly change-related boards.
