WLG is seeking a requirements engineer to translate operator needs for cyber and communications monitoring into actionable engineering requirements. You will ensure traceability from need to verification and keep requirements aligned as capabilities evolve.

The role requires a strong cyber security background, experience with monitoring capabilities, and the ability to write clear, testable statements while coordinating across multinational stakeholders. Fluent English is essential.

• Elicit, analyze, specify and verify requirements in real systems.
• Cyber security background that can challenge unworkable requirements.
• Experience with monitoring and detection capabilities and the tools they use.
• Clear, testable writing that survives review.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage technical and operational requirements for cyber and communications monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to extract and document actual needs.
• Translate operational needs into engineering, system, functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain engineering artefacts with traceability from need to verification.
• Keep requirements current as capability evolves and surface change impacts.
• Brief and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
