Wlgroup is seeking a requirements engineer to translate operator needs into concrete engineering requirements for cyber and communications monitoring capabilities. You will ensure traceability from initial need through verification, and keep stakeholders aligned as capabilities evolve.

The role requires a solid cyber security background, experience with monitoring tools, and the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in eliciting, analysing and specifying requirements for real systems.
• Solid cyber security background to challenge unrealistic requirements.
• Familiarity with monitoring/detection tooling used in large organisations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage technical and operational requirements for cyber/communications monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, users, authorities and operators to extract real needs.
• Translate operational needs into engineering, system, functional and non-functional requirements that can be verified.
• Produce and maintain engineering artefacts with traceability from need to verification.
• Keep requirements current as capabilities evolve and communicate changes clearly.
• Brief and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
