WLG seeks a senior cyber security engineer to implement and validate boundary protection, detection, monitoring and forensic tooling across complex environments. You will stand up firewalls, vulnerability tooling and monitoring solutions, from baselines to acceptance, and document configurations for operations handover.

Minimum five years in cyber security and strong English writing are essential; NATO or national military project experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in cyber security or a comparably demanding technical field.
• Broad knowledge of security tooling and its configuration, including boundary protection.
• Experience with governance, risk management and incident response.
• Excellent technical writing and professional English.
• Desirable NATO or national military project experience.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and test firewalls, routers, switches, proxies and VPN concentrators.
• Install, configure and test vulnerability assessment tooling, including Nessus.
• Install, configure and test forensic tooling, including AccessData.
• Install, configure and test monitoring and incident response tooling, including RSA NetWitness and Splunk.
• Write installation guides, configuration baselines, test plans and procedures.
• Advise on architecture, tool configuration and operational integration.
• Support handover to operations with knowledge transfer and training.
