Zusammenfassung

NVISO GmbH is seeking a Cyber Exposure Management Expert to lead the cyber exposure offering, integrating vulnerability management, asset management, hardening, patching and reporting for client engagements across Europe. You will shape technical roadmaps toward CTEM and Quantum Readiness, design architectures, and supervise complex deliveries.

You will develop dashboards, advise on remediation, and ensure alignment with ITSM/Change Management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong practical experience in Vulnerability Management, including scanning platforms and remediation processes.
• Experience linking vulnerability findings with asset inventories and data quality improvements.
• Ability to design remediation processes, ownership, SLAs and Change Management alignment.

Aufgaben

• Define the technical architecture and delivery approach for the Cyber Exposure offering, connecting VM, Asset Management, hardening, patching and remediation.
• Lead technical delivery on customer engagements, advise on remediation and hardening, and review project quality.
• Link findings to asset inventories, CMDBs and cloud environments, and resolve coverage gaps.
• Design remediation processes with owners, priorities, SLAs and change management integration.
• Build reporting that shows exposure, remediation progress and SLA performance for management.
• Advise on secure configurations and hardening baselines across infra and cloud.
• Evaluate AI/agentic solutions and pilot new capabilities in security operations.
• Develop service packages, standards and delivery methods; coach consultants and contribute to proposals.
