Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of penetration testers to plan, coordinate, and execute testing activities.
• Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth.
• Coordinate penetration testing projects based on risk and impact; allocate resources.
• Interact with clients to understand security requirements and present findings.
• Develop testing methodologies, tools, and standardized procedures.
• Create clear reports detailing vulnerabilities, risks, and remediation steps.
