NVISO is a leading cyber security company in Europe. We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager for our Penetration Testing team to ensure planning, coordination and on-time delivery of engagements.

You will balance capacity, manage resources, and align customer expectations with our quality standards. The role requires strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, with experience in cybersecurity or professional services.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, service delivery or similar operational role.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage capacity, resources and delivery requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the capacity & resource planning for the Penetration Testing team and forecast utilization.
• Translate engagements into clear project plans and timelines; manage multiple projects.
• Act as the main liaison with customers and internal stakeholders for planning and delivery.
• Monitor delivery performance and continuously improve planning processes and service delivery.
