Materialise Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our Belgian and Dutch clients, handling orders from intake to delivery and ensuring top-tier service.

You will collaborate with production, design, and logistics teams to deliver projects on time, maintain open communication, and develop tailored technical and commercial solutions for customers.

• Guide clients in selecting the right 3D printing techniques and prepare accurate price proposals in close collaboration with production departments.
• Actively follow up with clients and close deals to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with customer support, design, production, account management, and shipping teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales cycle, closely monitoring project progress and addressing their needs.
• Think creatively to develop the best technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer requirements.

As aCustomerSupportSpecialist, you will be in constant contact with our customers and with internal and external partners. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring we offer the best possible customer service. You willbe responsible fororders from A to Z, from order intake through delivery of the ordered goods. While your primary focus will be supporting our Belgian and Dutch clients, you will also contribute to our HUB by offering backup support for the UK and Scandinavian markets.
