Materialise Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Logistics/Shipping operator to manage outbound shipments. You will sort, count, inspect, pack, and ship packages in line with shipping instructions, ensuring careful packaging to prevent damage during transport, and generate all required shipping documents for couriers.

You will proactively communicate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments, participate in weekly warehouse tasks, and support warehouse-related stock and receiving activities

Responsabilités

• Accurately sorting, counting, inspecting, packing, and shipping all outbound packages per shipping instructions
• Meticulous packaging of parts to prevent damage during transportation
• Proactively communicating with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely shipment of orders
• Generating and attaching the required shipping documents before handing over ready-to-ship packages to couriers
• Executing weekly team tasks including warehouse cleaning and monitoring shipment mailboxes
• Contributing to achieving shipment team objectives and enhancing procedures or processes related to shipment and warehouse activities
• Serving as a backup for Warehouse activities during the Logistics Operator’s absence, including receiving incoming goods and procuring warehouse-related stock.
