Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to join our Beveren, Belgium team. You will be the primary interface for important customers and distributors, proactively notifying them of late orders and coordinating with internal networks to meet commitments.

Responsibilities include processing all orders end-to-end, managing consignment stock, handling complaints and returns per our procedures, and ensuring quality checks that keep deliveries on time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fluency in Dutch, English, French & Arabic preferred.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary customer interface for important external customers, distributors, potential customers and internal roles.
• Pro-actively informs customers of late orders due to product availability or transportation issues.
• Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and/or export orders.
• End-to-end order handling (OTC).
• Manages consignment stock: fill-up, inventory, invoicing and reconciliation.
• Processes complaints and returns per policy and performs necessary quality checks.
• Monitors open orders to ensure on-time deliveries and compliance with QS 9000 / ISO.
• Provides backup coverage for team members.

This position will be available in Beveren, Belgium .The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:Acts as primary customer interface for important external customers, distributors, potential customers and other roles internal to the business.Pro-actively interacts with customers for notification of late orders due to product availability, transportation issuesInteracts with broader internal network to ensure that the customers’ requirements are understood and commitments are met.Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and/or export orders.Responsible for inquiry & order handling process from beginning to end (E2E OTC)Is responsible for management of consignment stock: consignment fill-up, inventory management, invoicing, count, reconciliationProcesses customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies. Recognizes when additional information is needed for complete complaint analysis.Performs quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions.
