Jobtailor is seeking a Customer Success Associate in Belgium to grow a deep understanding of Cowboy’s product, both hardware and software, and help customers use its powerful features to the fullest.

You will listen to customer feedback, optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure happiness across a diverse audience while thriving in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor degree, ideally in Business & Economics studies or similar.
• 0-3 years experience.
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking to a wide range of people in various situations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (additional languages, e.g. Dutch and French, are a plus)
• Bachelor degree, ideally in Business & Economics studies, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 0-3 years experience
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking to a wide range of people covering a wide range of situations
• Able to make a customer smile, even from behind a phone or computer
• Strong empathy with a proactive solution-oriented mindset
• True team player, taking ownership and taking care of peers
• Comfortable working flexible hours; role can require shift and weekend work
