GYMNA UNIPHY is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience from first contact through to order delivery. You will be the first point of contact for distributors and end users, handling questions and issues with professionalism.

You will manage the complete order process from intake to logistics, coordinate shipments, and provide high-quality support via phone, email and chat.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or service.
• Ability to manage end-to-end order processes.
• Proven CRM data accuracy and reporting.

• Be the first point of contact for distributors and end users, handling questions, requests and issues in a professional and customer-oriented way.
• Manage the complete order process, from order intake through logistics, including coordinating shipments and transport.
• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Follow up on customer requests and issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Keep customer information, interactions and issues accurately recorded in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with internal teams to help improve our products and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customer service processes and contribute to initiatives that make our way of working more efficient.
• Work closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
